Jonathan Bolick received a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte in 2003, and an A+ certification for computer hardware and software from New Horizons in 2005.

He has appeared in The Dead Mule School of Southern Literature and the Red River Review several times and has published two books of poetry, "Diamonds from Coal", Publish America, 2008 and "Some Average Poetry and other everyday truths", Publish America, 2009.

Jonathan currently resides in Lincolnton, NC with his wife of seventeen years and their two sons, Ethan, 14 and Jarrett, 9.
